We request that you confirm the number of guests attending the event 24 hours prior to service, in order for us to properly prepare for the event. If changes are not confirmed, we will proceed with the original estimated number of guests for the service, and this will be reflected in the billing.
We request a minimum of four days notice, but we understand that unexpected events may arise. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. For catering orders with less than 24 hours notice, availability of products and staff will determine our ability to fulfill your request.
Please be aware that any small wares and equipment provided for your event (i.e. carts, serving platters, coffee urns, serving utensils, etc.) that are broken, missing and not returned within 48 hours will be subject to an additional charge
In the event that a specific ingredient is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable alternative. Dietary restrictions will be taken into consideration.
We understand that at times you may need to cancel your event with short notice. Please be aware that if a complete cancellation occurs within 24 hours you will be responsible for covering the full cost of any items that were specially ordered for your event.
Payment for service is due on the date of your event. We accept cheque, Visa, and MasterCard. For internal catering orders, payment can be made from the program’s cost centre with approval. Prices may be subject to applicable sales tax.
